本會依加利福尼亞州相關法律設立，為非營利性公益組織，其組織與運作應專為美國國內稅收法第 501(c)(3) 條所定義之教育及慈善目的。
具體目標如下：

1. 舉辦教育研討會、創業論壇、學術會議、文化活動、導師計畫及聯誼聚會，以促進學習與交流

2. 促進校友與國立中央大學之間的合作與溝通，支持學術卓越、校務發展與全球能見度的提升；

3.  透過推動促進文化交流、創新、職涯發展及社會影響力的各項計畫，協助校友社群及社會大眾之個人與專業成長；

4. 鼓勵社會服務、志願參與與教育推廣，展現國立中央大學的核心價值與精神。

National Central University North America Alumni Association is established under the relevant laws of the State of California as a non-profit public benefit organization, organized and operated exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Its specific purposes are as follows:

• Educational & Networking Events: To host educational seminars, entrepreneurship forums, academic conferences, cultural activities, mentorship programs, and social gatherings to promote learning and exchange;

• Support for Alma Mater: To foster collaboration and communication between alumni and National Central University, supporting academic excellence, university development, and the enhancement of its global visibility;

• Personal & Professional Growth: To assist the personal and professional growth of the alumni community and the general public by advancing initiatives that promote cultural exchange, innovation, career development, and social impact;

• Community Engagement: To encourage community service, volunteer participation, and educational outreach, demonstrating the core values and spirit of National Central University.

We are dedicated to connecting NCU alumni living across North America, breaking geographical boundaries, and carrying forward our alma mater’s cherished spirit of "Sincerity and Simplicity."
